Hassle-Free Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your Northern Atlantic Fishing purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. We want you to be happy with your gear!
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned in unused and resalable condition. This means the product should be in the same condition you received it.
- Please include all original packaging and accessories, if possible.

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
1-Year Limited Warranty - Fish with Confidence
We are proud to offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all Northern Atlantic Fishing rods. This warranty is included with your purchase and protects against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original purchase date, under normal fishing use.
What is Covered:
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal and intended fishing use.
What is Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, cosmetic wear, and guide wear.
- Improper handling or maintenance.
- Modification or alteration of the rod.
- Use outside of the rod's recommended specifications (line weight, lure weight).
- Loss or theft.
- Incidental or consequential damages.
Warranty Claim Process:
- Contact Customer Service: If you believe your Northern Atlantic Fishing rod has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact our customer service team immediately via our contact form below or email us at northernatlanticfishing@gmail.com.

Provide Claim Information: Please provide the following information in your claim:
- Your original order number or proof of purchase.
- A clear description of the issue or defect.
- Clear photographs of the damaged area of the rod.
- Evaluation: Our customer service team will review your claim and may request further information or ask you to return the rod for inspection.
- Resolution: If your claim is approved and the damage is determined to be a manufacturing defect covered under warranty, Northern Atlantic Fishing, at its discretion, will either repair or replace the rod with the same or a comparable model, based on product availability.
- Shipping for Warranty Claims: For valid warranty claims, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the rod to our repair/inspection center. Northern Atlantic Fishing will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement rod back to you.
